Not sure that this applies in the Member Group & Special Buys as we are not getting any discounts from GMPD.com...

I have ordered from GMPD and to be honest, never will again.  Shipping prices are astronomical in my experiences and the delivery times were through the roof as well (waited 4+ weeks for an EGR valve for my parents Caddy after paying over $50 for S&H).

I now get the GMPD price and see what the dealer parts counter folks want to do.  I typically will print out the info from GMPD and take it right to them.  Tell them to give it their best shot.  I will do the same with RockAuto prices for AC Delco parts.

While we are at it, RockAuto.com and ACDelco.com are great sites for checking part numbers on.  You cannot check the price on the AC Delco website, but you can see if you have a retailer close by.  I happen to have a retailer within a few miles so dealership parts guys know that they cannot screw around on pricing if they want the business.

Another good site is PartsforChevys.com.  I ordered a complete updated (07+) rear window wiper for my Rainier from them as a package deal and it was to me in very short order!  Very similar pricing to GMPD.com, but better customer service and better shipping rates.
