hey its been a while since i have been here but i do have something i would like to discuss. im from jersey adn as of right now i dont know of  any legal offroading places. im trying to get a petition to pass some sort of act so please sign if you can everyone from that state that has a little red neck in them would appreciate it. thanks  http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/njohv/

That''s kinda vague. The way petitions work is that you get your representative to agree to sponsor a bill IF you get a certain number of signatures. Or if you get enough signatures to simply convince him on the spot to sponsor a bill. An online petition merely shows interest, which could work, but you might want to actually list some land that should be available.

As you''ve got it right now, you''d want public parks to be quad tracks now? Probably not...but that''s why you need to rewrite it You should list some economic benefits to the state as well, again, just to make it more appetizing to actual decision making bodies.

Like Wolfpack said, listing actual places to go off roading would be a really good idea. In your current petition, New Jersey could probably find a bunch of loopholes and you might get screwed.
