The inner CV joints on my 99 Jimmy have lost their grease. Is there any way to pump gease back in without disassemply?

Thanks

Only if you want it to come right back out.

If the grease is leaking from the CV joint, then the boot has been damaged and needs to be replaced.  I would not recommend you go with one of the time saver split boots as they are known to fail quickly.  So you can either replace the boot on the axle shaft, or replace the axle shaft.  Replacing the axle shaft itself is less time consuming, but more costly.  Either way, the axle shaft must be removed from the truck.  Properly replacing the boot itself requires a special tool to crimp on the clamps on either end of the boot.
