OK I feel like DUHHHHH, but I have tried for DAYS to upload a picture of my Blazer but it tells me the file is to big---- OK here it comes--- HOW DO YOU MAKE IT SMALLER???
Can't wait for this one to come back and slap me

There, moved it into a more appropriate section for you.

If you do not have any other image editting software on your computer and assuming you are using MS Windows, you can resize photos by using MS Paint. Use the Image... Stretch/Skew... option. Set your resize rate to the percentage necessary. Typically you'll want your pictures close to 400x600 for posting on the internet. Set both horizontal and vertical percentages to the same amount to keep the aspect ratio correct.
