well, my tax return is coming soon and i cant decide what to get. i only have around a grand to play with. im definatly getting 35 inch tires cause it looks goofy with the lift and 31's. but ill have enough for one more thing.

Hmm...tough one...since you are getting new tires...I'd go for the rims...but a paint job would be nice, too. Are you customizing or just one colour?

it'll be all black when its done. it was grey and black two tone. now its half black/half primer. i figured if i get the soft top, then thats 1 less panel to paint! ha ha

Good point. Yours is a K5 so you can take the back off. I forgot. I'm jealous because I wanted one, too, but I ended up with a 93...I'll have to settle for riding in my girlfriend's Jeep with the the top off (the Jeep's, not hers)

Well then, if we factor in the "less work" factor, maybe the soft top is the best choice! Me, I'm going for the paint job on mine...

change of plans...im baggin the escort. today, i went to spin the coilovers down to slam it for the summer months and noticed i had 2 torn pillow mounts and 2 cross threaded sleeves. i hate coilovers!! i found bags that fit right over my stock struts at www.universalairsuspension.com. all i have to do is fab up some brackets. i already have all the other stuff i need from the old setup in the noma. i hope these things work!

ha ha thamks man. yeah, the escort is my wifes daily driver and the blazer is mine. the sonoma is my big project that is taking way too long to finish. i don't want to even talk about my 79 trans am thats been sitting in my parents driveway for the past 4 years. i just chose to do up the escort cause ive never seen one done before. im just gonna make it a low custom compact. im not gonna make it fast or handle great, just slammed with some custom body work and rims. the wife deserves a nice ride too.

will it have the rest of the eclipse body? or just the front? there was a guy in my area who took a 2nd gen talon and put an integra FE on it..he had to do hood and fascia because he couldnt match the shapes...keep us updated on all of the projects!!

no, just the bumper...it was a freebie. i used to work at a body shop and it was going in the dumpster. i just got to do some fiberglass work to get it to fit right then paint it.

I love the suicide doors on the sonoma...

I wish I had pics from this car show my father-in-law runs up here in Toronto...the cars and trucks there are sick! I took a few in black and white, as it was all I had for film, so when I get them developed I hope they still turn out OK. I'll post some pics of some of the cars. You should see this Jeep that was customized...
