ok, i was a little off, i may be able to help again. I just ran the numbers and found out how big my box is. I didnt big a 6'er. its internal area is.......11.9 ft cubed internally.i know that sounds huge, because it is.2 areas are 2.6 each and the other one is 5.7. its really heavy too.

edit: the pic i tried to draw here is way screwy, i will try to get a pic tonight for you all.

the 2 smaller ones are 2.6 cubed feet, the big one is 5.7 cuded feet.
total size is 3 foot wide, 3 foot deep, and 1.5 foot tall.those cals on internal area are with the wood factored in. i used glue to put it together then ran screws every 2-3 inches on each connection. next i used liquid nails at every single place were to pieces of wood cam together. that will be dry when i get home and i am applying 2 layers of fiberglass resign to make sure it stays.once all thats done i will attach the top piece and seal that all up. its also ported at 32 hz on each section. and i am building a amp rack on the top that hides all wiring and looks cool. then to end it, it will be carpeted and installed in the truck. used 2 sheets of MDF so far, 2 tubes of liquid nails, half a bottle of wood glue, and about 1.25 boxes of screws so far. looking at using about 2 boxes total. but the box will be sturdy. oh, and all the subs will be pointing up, the port for the big section will point up, and the little boxes ports will point at the back wall. What you think?

yeah, the base is 37.5 x 37.5 (seeing as which the tire wells have a 38 inch gap between them, and it currently sits 18 inches tall.wood is .75 inch thick. if you used the same design, you could cut the box down to 8 inches tall and have your 6 cubed.with the wood space it would actually be 9.5 inches tall. does that meet mount depth requirements?

i was surprised as well. when i designed this box i wasnt thinking clearly, and when i ran the numbers, thats what happened. i use the box area calc on the12volt.com just to make sure and it all comes out. but if you want exactly 6 and its an 18, go with......

24 x 36 @ 12 inches tall.

12 wast enough. it gave me like 4.71 or something...

But i upped it to 16 inches and I'm at 6.5cubes now but uh does the calculator on 12volt like space with ports too? cause this setup's ported at 35hz (BOOOOOOM)
