Just about to hit 120k. Bought the truck last year with 102k miles. I get around 18 - 20 MPG, 80% city, 20% highway driving. So far I've had to replace the door pins, front upper and lower ball joints, water pump, idler pulley and tensioner, battery, alternator, front and rear wiper motor, spark plugs and wires, distributor cap and rotor, intake manifold gasket, PCV valve, Evap purge solenoid and valve, fuel pump, thermostat.... (probably forgeting other things). Will need to replace soon: Hub bearings, oil cooler lines, tie rods and (probably) pitman arm. That's a decent amount of work for 18k miles of driving! But overall I can't complain, the truck gets me to work and back home safely. Hopefully she'll make it to 180k like my other blazers did without too much problems.
