Yeah, now that you mention it, I do have problems when at work and very infrequently at home with BF.com not responding when I try to do something. Usually if I wait for half a minute and refresh it'll come back.

I don't know what this is caused by, but you may try clearing out all of the temp folders for your browser and see if that helps.

I'll try that. I did all the updates hoping that would help but alas..... nope. Sometimes it just closes the forom completely, and sometimes it tells me that internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Eh... Sometimes it does the same thing on my Kubuntu machine when I'm playin' around with that, thru firefox. And I don't use IE on either of my other machines and I have it happen there as well. So I don't see how MS has anything to do with the problem at hand. I've had it happen in the latest Opera as well as my main browser which is Firefox.

I'll bring this to Patrick's attention. Hopefully we can get it resolved.

Thanks Kyle, I tried 3 times to do this reply. Everytime I clicked on this thread I was sent packing straight back to my desk top.

Use another browser like Mozilla. You got a hijacker or something. Run a registry cleaner, and a windows repair.

Ha, I was typing that exact same message last night when a breaker tripped in my house! I had to drop everything and figure out what happened. Came back and closed everything and went to bed! LOL

Anyway, yeah, I would recommend running a SpyBot - Search & Destroy search and see what's lurking on your machine. Follow the link above to download it. Update during the install. Also, during the install, uncheck the tea timer app. Once installed, run it. After you're finished running it, run the immunization utility to keep things working good.

I know there are other free and probably better utilities out there, but I have used SpyBot for quite some time and it never ceases to amaze me in how well it cleans up an infected PC.
