ok so i was wondering if i can swap my transmisson with a camaro z28 tranny, my blazer is a five speed, 4.3...and if so what kind of benifits/downfalls would i get?? thanks

Need just a bit more info to give you any reasonable answer.

Is the Z an auto tranny, and what engine is it behind?

Is your Blazer a 4x4?

no my blazer is 2wd, and i want a 5-speed, from a mid to late 90's 350ci.......?

i think the big question is the shifter & shifter location. the t-5 shifter is integrated into the top of the tailshaft, it may be located too far back for your truck. the shifter isnt going to be too comfy if its at your elbow... you need to do some measuring.
