Restoring '87 K5 and now that it is repainted, the top looks in bad shape. Any suggestions on best method to refinish the black hard top? Would you sand and paint or would you reskin? Appreciate any experiences you've heard about. Any links would also be great. Dan

sand, prime, paint. just remember to use a primer compatible with fiberglass like PPG DP epoxy primers.
