i was woundering if theres anyway to turn off the day time runnin light so that i have to manually turn the lights on and off....any help would be much appreciated

To trun off your DTL, just push the dome over ride button 4 times within 6 seconds. You will hear a chime. Then you can control them manually. Repeat the process to turn them back on again. After you turn your vehicle off, however, they will turn back on to the default setting (running lamps on). It's kinda a pain in the @$$ but whatever.

BTW....the DTL thing is in the manual (if you have one), if you have any other problems/questions with them.
