Man... How long did that thing sit for??? Mice are never a good sign. They like to chew on wires and can cause all kinds of havoc... As for the code... P1345 == Crankshaft Position (CKP) - Camshaft Position (CMP) Correlation Now this could mean a few things. Either one of the sensors may be faulty, but this would normally be accompanied by codes for the individual sensors. Your timing chain is worn and has skipped a tooth, but it does seem to run properly once running... It is also possible that the mice have chewed through some wires that affect the CKP & CMP leading to some erroneous readings, causing the PCM to trigger the code. I would first go through the underhood wiring and check everything for damage. If you see any loom with holes in it, closely inspect the wiring inside. On the transmission, well, that looks like you are slipping in 3rd and isn't good... I'd first start by making sure that the transmission is full. If it is, then your problem may be terminal.
