So heres my idea for what i want to do to my blazer.
Goal: To have it look good and perform well. I would like to achieve better gas mileage, and not spend a lot of money overall

What I want:
Airaid Air intake kit 148
Go Rhino Sumatra 3000 step guard black 207
KC Hilites 2x6 all season lights 88
KC hilites Quad beam conversion 14
Hella/optilux 1400 series 20
LUND window deflectors 38
TOTAL COST: $509

What else could I do to get better gas mileage? (Im getting about 15)

you aren't doing anything wrong. . these truck like gas like a fish likes water...... swap mufflers.... if you can keep from hot-rodding your truck just to hear the exhaust, it will get you better mileage. . .

If you are getting 220 miles per tank, then you're getting around 17 MPG....these only have a 13 gallon tank....so even if you ran it completely dry (out of gas) from a completely full tank then: 220/13=16.92 MPG. which is probably about average for these.....I drive primarilly on highway(55 MPH) and get between 20 and 23 MPG, but I NEVER put my foot into the pedal. That's what my other car's for

Really?........maybe the 2-doors have a bigger tank......if so sorry for the mis-info guys. I know my 4-door has a 13 gallon tank, but the 2-door's tank is behind the rear axle so they probably do have a 16-18 gallon capacity.

I know my '00 Bravada is larger than 13 gallons... Heck, I just put in 10.494 gallons today and I was at about 3/8 tank. Last time I was at around 1/8 tank and put in over 15 gallons.

According to vehix.com a Chevy Blazer 2dr has a 19 gallon tank behind the rear axle, a 4 door blazer has an 18 gallon tank before the rear axle. (looked at 2002 year blazer).

I usually get 240miles/15.8gal or 15.18MPG

I usually never drive on the highway because I don't have the need to (everything is close by).

Back to my original question... Does that setup look ok?

My biggest question is the air intake, I want something that sounds good and increases MPG.

And also where could i get a cheap push bar to mount lights to?

I like the rhino, but its a little expensive

well mine must be an exception, cuz i ran mine nearly dry(to the point it was hessitating to accelerate, bad move i know but just wanted to see what i could do on a full tank) and i put 16.009 gallons in it and that was after the "top off" so i believe mine only has a 16 gallon tank......220/16=13.75 mpg that is why i think something is wrong....

Also, i looked at vehix.com and it said the 2001 2 door ls has approx. 19 gallon tank. i've never put anything over 16 gallons to fill it.. but if it did/does have a 19 gallon tank something is terribly wrong with my truck.....220/19=11.5mpg!!! According to vehix i should be getting around 19 city, and 22 highway???

I'll check into this tank size thing with my vin ... I've never been able to put more than 12.5 gallons in mine and that was on empty with a 250 mile trip reading. Sorry for high-jacking the post....but any air intake isn't going to make a very noticeable difference in fuel economy or exhaust for that matter...Mine has a K&N FIPK 2 and a flowmaster 40 series and the 2 of them together neted about 1-2 MPG at most....and all the other mods you have listed are going to decrease fuel economy if anything...additional weight and reduced aerodynamics.

^^^^^how does it sound with the 40 series??? i wanna put an exhaust on mine but i'm afraid it won't sound good..someone suggested cutting the muffler off and that will give me an idea on how it will sound with the 40 series??

you aren't gonna get an earth shattering rumble out of this truck..... I have the 40 series, and it sounds alright.. it took almost 3 weeks for it to sound good...lol I'll get you a new sound clip today if you want..... as for the gas tank size, my 4door 4x4 has an 18 gallon tank on it...... this is standard on blazers... don't believe me??? check out this link and scroll down to standard specs and dimensions.... this is a very valuable information site for any vehicle. . . . as for a 2 door blazer, they actually have a 19 gallon tank. . . so yes the 2 door has a bigger tank. check out that link for more info on your blazer... cars.com research is a credible source..... has everything you could want to know about your blazer's stock features, capacities, and dimensions........

Well..I just checked with my parts department with my vin and the only tank available for my blazer is an 18 gallon capacity.........this means that my fuel gauge has been inacurate (by 5 gallons!) since I bought my truck 2-years ago...and possibly since my brother bought it new!! Now I can drive an extra 100 miles per tank full...thanks for the info!
