I have a little problem. My A\C works, but my engine gets really hot when I use my A\C, but only when I use the A\C. Also it makes a weird rubbing sound at idle when the A\C is on, like the belt is slipping. I checked the belt tensioner, and all seems fine, but it has been way too hot not to be able to use my A\C. A\C systems are the only part of the truck I dont know much about. Any help would be appreciated. BTW: it is a 94 S-10 LT Tahoe blazer with a "W" engine.

Yeah, she overheats. I expect it to heat up a little, but it really shoots up quick.

And your mechanical fan clutch works fine? The a/c unit shouldn't add that much more heat. Have you taken the serp belt off and spun all your pulleys?
