Converting front hubs?? - 12/22/2006 10:12:01 PM    Chevyguy032   Posts: 170 Joined: 10/21/2006 Status: offline Ok well the hubs in my blazer are starting to go so i figure i will replace them and ceonvert them to manual locking hubs..now is this a big job?? Also do I buy a conversion kit or what??and where should I get this?? Canada Status: offline We have a number of 4X4 specialty shops around my area, so that's where I go. It's not a big deal to change them over to manual hubs, I've changed to manual on my '85. The hubs come packaged with an exploded view instruction page,  I do one side at a time and I have a habit of laying all the parts out in the order that they come apart. ('cause I have a short memory) I am very happy with my manual hubs.
