So I was looking around for an intake for my 02 blazer and was wondering the what the differance b/t these 2 might be? If any besides price...

Just the brand.  One is a Summit intake and the other is a true K&N FIPK. Both look to be the same although the Summit branded intake may have a non-K&N filter on it.
