Honestly, even though it's a good deal for the price....it's still panasonic.  I installed at Best Buy for almost 3 years and would not recommend any brand over Pioneer.  To me they look the best, have the best quality, and are competitive in price.  Kenwood is also straight, but in my opinion not as good as Pioneer.  They also seem to have the best user interface.

Hope this helps.

I owuld agree with take on panasonic.  haven't had any probs with them.  Pioneer makes great cd players, but Eclipse and Alpine are much better.  Ive sold all of the mentioned and I am currently running JVC in my truck.

I would buy it.  I like Panasonics.  My friend had done in his truck, at the time, and it was very good.  I was concidering buying one but then Decided on a Kenwood.  Ive never had a problem with anyone Ive owned just got sick of the look and needed new features. I would say buy whatever has the most features you want for the price you want to pay.

I have a similar one something like CQ1300ish, about 2 years old.  I had to have it sent in a couple times because first the outputs blew and then it had a problem with the remote wire.  I only bought it to replace the deck that was stolen and it was cheap.  Well you get what you pay for.  I would advise against it and check out kenwood.  I put a kenwood into my g/fs car that is about the same price and has more features like crossover etc.  Or save a little more money and get an Alpine/Pioneer.

Well thats the one I'm going with. I'll finally get my subs back in this weekend hopfully. If no one remembers, my brother fried a bunch of **** so I just put everything in the garage and forgot about it. Now I want em back in. There older subs I got for real cheap from a friends brother. There 12 inch sound streams, no idea on wattage, and an mtx 750 watt rms amp. They pound pretty damn hard. I'll get pics up later this week. Thanks for all the help.
