Since I got out of the navy (was a jet engine mechanic for 8 years) in May my friend and I have opened our own buisness.   We do handyman services and more.  Pretty much, if it needs to be repaired on a house we can do it.  Last week I finished restoring four wooden porch collums that are 80 years old.  They needed to be replaced, but the house is in a historic area and the owner wanted them to stay.  We are looking into getting our contractors license.

Then there is the side buisness that I have making herbal bath items.

I'm happily unemployed.  Got a job set up to start in March, but for now just a high school student and at 401 posts now.

Well, I was a mechanic from '74 til '02 when a motorcyle accident changed my life. After I recovered in mid '06 I tried to return but the body couldn't do it. For the last 6 months I have been working as a body shop estimater, part time.  I consider myself to be semi-retired and hope to retire before '08.
I  found the blazer forum during my recovery and joined to try to keep my mind working.
I'm thinking about buying a larger boat and hiring myself out as a salmon fishing guide. If that happens I'll let you know and I'll expect lots of blazer lover reservations.

I'm a senior web producer for Primedia for Hot Rod & Car Craft Magazines.  I also mod/admin their forums and do all of the blog work there.  The only real stuff I have in print is in Car Craft and Corvette Fever Magazine every month (I write the "what's on carcraft.com page every month and something similer for Fever).  Lately, I've been getting back into more creative photoshop stuff and have been doing wallpapers for hotrod.com along with their current header banner (the f-bomb).

You can check out my blogs @:  http://blogs.hotrod.com and http://blogs.carcraft.com and make fun of my writing. ;)

Highly trained specialist in the art of contractual home delivery of this delightfully worthless newspaper http://www.times-news.com (paperboy) I use my car and spend about 3 hours a night exposed to the elements (wind, snow, rain, drunks, etc)

Have a couple years of college under my belt. Originally majored in Political Science and pre-law. After a two year hiatus due to personal matters and a 180 degree turn around in my personal belief system this idea was abandoned. Have decided to go back to college this fall and major in WebPage development (something I might actually enjoy doing for a living). Probably take a course or two in the summer to get my college bearings back. Might finish my associates degree for Poly Sci just because I have all of the credits specific to it already completed. My biggest goal is to get out of the dead-end-job town I've called "home" for the past 7 years. I've gotten a little cynical over the past 3 years, dealing with ungreatful verbally and even occasionally physically abusive customers and its a quality of myself I don't like.

I am one of the two computer administrators and support people for Picut Industries which has multiple companies under it including:

  1. Trerice
  2. Liquiflo
  3. American Products
  4. Accurate Bushing Company
  5. Smith Bearing
  6. Watson McDaniel
  7. Picut Manufacturing
  8. Picut China
  9. Microtork
  10. Tritech
Thats all I can think of offhand.  but there are three large buildings in New Jersey and one of them is in Pennsylvania.  I manage those four.  The other buildings (Detroit, MI / China) I do not deal with except phone support and some remote work.  But I'm told I might be taking a trip to Detroit!

I handle the software and hardware support of all the computers, routers, hubs and switches.  I also help with the networking, wiring ( i hate the crawling in the ceiling days), and also taking care of new purchases.

as a full time irish-german alcoholic i find it hard to trully enjoy many aspects, careers and hobbies in life.  although on the side i service and sell pool tables, as well as most gameroom furniture. pieces like foosball, pin-pong, poker, slots darts, tables, chairs, bars, lights, art, air hockey, video games and many other family oriented and home recreational devices.

i also am a full time gardener. i specialize in exotic and organically grown varieties.  with alittle time and attention one can create wonders.

i was raised into a carpentry fielded family and developed mechanical skills at any early age.........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

I am a Security Specialist for the United States Government. I secure two high risk facilities run by a government contracted company. I'm trained in 3 forms of Tactical Hand to Hand Combat, Basic and Stage 1-2 Tactical Handgun Shooting, Stage 1-3 Carbine Operations for Protective Detail, Tactical Medicine, Intelligence Collection and Analysis, Interviews and Interrogations, Electronic Security, Covert Video Technology, Sting Operations, Computer Intelligence and Security, Electronic Tracking, Human Intelligence Collection, Telephonic Eavesdropping Countermeasures, and Crisis Management. Just to name a few ; )! I had to log over 300 hours in field training, 1 year classroom training, and 6 months of on-duty probationary training. I love my career, it pays great and awards me many opportunities.

lets see... what don't I do is more of the question...lol
I am a full time student in my Senior year at ALC a work study school... I am a social science/history/sociology pre-law major and a 20 hour student supervisor throughout the week.... on weekends I am a shift manager at a Skyline Chili resturaunt and do random odd jobs for extra cash... I have set fence posts, worked on cars, done drywall work, framed houses, electrical work (houses and cars), plumbing, dug ditches, painted, mowed lawns, ladscaped, a bit of masonry work, laid gravel, built sundecks, installed above ground swimming pools, chopped wood, etc...lol you name it and i've probably done it for extra money...lol (except whoring myself out...lol wouldnt make any money..haha)

I figure after law school I won't have to do so much for money!!lol

I do media writing, creative, and copywriting. I have done all of the above for internships and freelance. I've been screwed over a couple times where I didn't get credit for work I did.

I will graduate this spring with a BA in Advertising from MSU. I will be applying all over, but my true hope is to be doing creative or PR for GM.
