Check your local bone yards http://www.car-parts.com not sure on the 99, but know from 95 to 2000 interchange.
Just checked and the interchange goes from 94 up to 2005
avg. price in my area is $75 for a hood
and New

Your in SD, about a 3 hrs drive from me (without lookin on mapquest). That color blue was a common collor here in MN for the Blazers (most common is white). Let me know if any of the ones close to the New Ulm area of MN have one you like. I could easily go pick it up and ship it to you, or even meet you 1/2 way. I love to drive so the road trip would not bug me. If you would like a list of close bone yards to me I can PM you the list. Several of them have live chat so you can talk to them directly via the net over making a phone call, the rest have 800 numbers. Make sure you have your paint code when you check with them. This way you can ensure a true color match.
The CAPA NEW AFTMKT HOOD AFTA06 $106 would be your best bet but I take it you don't know how to paint it or dont want to get it painted. If I had the right color paint could fix that, but I dont have that shade of blue sitting around.
Well just checked mapquest, little under 200 miles 3 hr 4 min drive. So yea, it would be an easy run for me to meet you 1/2 way. So let me know.
