Bob and I are currently residing in Crossville, TN. I'm originally from Florida, and his title says he is too, LOL.

I've been to Crossville. I was there about 2 years ago for a week. My family and I went for vacation. We ate at Sonic on the main drag about 6 or 7 times that week. We don't have any Sonics here in CT. Hopefully someday. That place was awesome. It was nice, but man was it a long drive. We went to the aquarium in Chattanooga, drove through a mountain (don't remember where that was, all in all, it was a good trip.

When you stayed here, please tell me you didn't stay at the Village Inn! That place should be condemned for all the meth they cook in those motel rooms.

I love Sonic, we had them where I'm from in FL, I visit them quite often here too. I like their chili cheese tater tots. Mmmmm, I'm getting hungry now. First I visited foodnetwork.com, and now this!! And I'm stuck in the house cuz my road is iced over....UGH!!

CHILI CHEESE TATER TOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now your speaking my language. The closest one to me is in western pennsylvania. They show commercials up here on tv though. I scream every time I see one because the food looks sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. I don't remember the name of the place, but it was on a lake, and it had a little minature golf course in the back. It was kinda on the pricey side, but it wasn't that nice. I remember that it was kind of blue and white on the outside. One thing I can say is that people in tennesee are really friendly, not like up here. You get cut off on the highway at least once a day, poeple honk or flash their lights at you because they want you to get out of thier way. I liked it there. It was a nice place. I would go back, if it didn't take about 10 hours to get there, and I don't like flying.

On a lake and pricey but not too nice....sounds like you stayed somewhere in Lake Tansi village. And yes, people are very friendly here. That's the first thing I noticed when we moved here 20 months ago. The second thing I noticed is that they put about 3 cups of sugar in a gallon of sweet tea, which is twice the legal limit!! I like it here pretty good, there are tons of factories so good paying work is always available. And I like having woods all around my house and the only noise I hear is a woodpecker going nuts or a bunch of birds. I also like that I can hop in the truck, drive for 10 minutes and be at Super Wal-Mart.

And I know what you mean about 10 hour drives! We're going on friday to Florida and it's going to suck!! At least now we're driving the Blazer and not our old 2-door sports cars! Having 2 small kids and having to buckle them in carseats in one of those should be illegal!

LMFAO!!!! Too funny. My truck is also a "Bob" - he's a Bobby, though (it sounded more redneck to me). He is a year older than your truck, but they look alike...maybe they are distant cousins

Okay, so I ran the threesome idea by Bob, he says otherwise he'd be down for it, but he says since m00nwater's "Bobby" is his cousin, he thinks that's just gross!! He also mentioned something about his tailpipe, and something about "exit only"....I don't know what he was talking about.

Mountain City, TN....Where is that, I wonder. I dunno what but something is telling me it's near MOUNTAINS!

You know, speaking of names, I'm going to mention to someone that they should rename Crossville BLAZERVILLE, because every time you blink you see another Blazer....I'm really surprised nobody else from town is a member of this forum.

HAHAHA....exit only...I thought I was the only person that said that

Well, you can get the word out in your town now that you're a member. I've found some new members around my area just by leaving a card on the truck or by talking to people I see with Blazers.
