well, my friend made a pvc intake for his car and i got into intake mode so we went to a local parts store and looked at some intake kits.....i ended up pickin up a 92-94 civic APC intake and rigged it up....it actually works but when i get on it the pipe rubs the altranator prolly cuz its not bolted on tight enough....with a lil work i can get it solid but it all works and thats all that matters....i didnt feel like i would waste $200+ on an intake when i could spend like 60 on one that would work

hmmmm....i looked on ebay and i found nothing there for my 94 4.3L so i went with the best alternative for me, plus one of my friends waited a month before he got his intake for his camaro from some guy on there so i didnt want to deal with that.....it works and thats all that matters to me

i did the pvc thing on my wifes escort (they dont make one for that car) and it works pretty damn good. i plumbed it to go behind the front bumper for cold air. i definatly noticed a differance with that.

yeah, thats what my friend and i did for his grand am GT...he didnt feel like spending multiple hundres for something like that so he spent like 20 bucks and got the pipe and corners and ran it into the wheel well...he also got a K&N filter for it. it works and sounds REALLY good...it give the engine a deeper sound because it like echos through the pvc.

ghetto style biotch! all i got to do is paint it and it won't look too bad either. the thing is pretty quick now with the cai, header, ported tb, shift improver, exhaust, underdrive pully, and some reduced weight now. american rice!
