Hi @all!

I´m JD from Austria and right now I´m finally driving an black beauty 1999 Blazer S10 LT 4D 4WD 4.3. The S10 is very unusal here, most 4WD car is the Cherokee oder "rice cookers" (asians).

My S10 is in good condition, only one mirror should be changed (because the previous user installed only 1 from the 1998 model) and the left behind door panel over the speaker is broken. I will clearify this two desasters in the next weeks.

(pictures will be delivered on request)

Looking for german S10 forums, I can´t find such an specialized and helpful community like this one. I hope I will find here good "how to do´s or don´t" and technical manuals for my S10, and otherwise, good and juicy communications with the old community-members!

Please excuse partially horrible english, I will change it sometimes, anywhere.

Have a nice day,
See ya
JD!

good morning,

here´s an actual picture, i think you know how an S10 looks alike:

in the next days i will get my licence plate: "LL-CIA 1" - hehehe.
by the way, i think i should remove the "blazer" decals. without it looks much blacker.

The tail lights are Euro spec.  They must have a dedicated turn signal of amber color on the otherside of the large pond.

Hm. These car is not reworked - it´s european standard design and equipment.....

Here we have to use yellow taillight signals, black or red are not allowed.
The fender flares are standard design for europe.

Items for these car are here very expensive and it takes a long time to get them (also if you purchachse by our local dealer).
For example: standard - staillights: from 80 - 200 bucks here....
Second hand parts are very rare, like these car....

That´s funny - here in Austria we change our head- and taillights so that the cars will look like yours - the us-models.
These replacement parts are very expensive here....one set of head- and taillights cost about 500 bucks.

The new generation of the EU-blazer has the signal lights in the mirror - that looks AWFUL!
In my opinion the signal lights should be on the flares, like they are on my car.

Are there lights in the rear bumper? Or are they reflectors? All the little differences add up and make it look very different. Looks good man.

No, that´s reflectors, not lightned yet - but who knows, some strange things could happen....

Lee, your body kit looks very interesting - would you be so kind and tell me, where you purchased this awesome items?
