I should have done this 2 weeks ago but never got around to it.  So I fired off a new summit racing order for a few things tonight:

Bendix TitaniuMetallic II pads
Derale adjustable electric fan control
Energy suspension upper/lower polyurethane bushings
Energy suspension front sway bar bushings
Energy suspension tie rod boots
Moog lower ball joints
Moog upper ball joints
Russell street legal stainless steel brake lines

Should place an order from LMC Truck this week as well.  Now the waiting game for it to arrive.

Great choice of brake pad!  And you can never go wrong with Energy Suspension components.  I'll be rebuilding the front end of my truck this summer and will use all of their components as well as new Moog ball joints.

Yea I read good things about those pads so hopefully they serve me well.  They didn't have matching shoes in stock so that will go on my next order.  Which I will probably do soon since I want to order a steering stabilizer kit now.  I'm still on the fence about replacing the tie rods at this time.  They seem to be fine, but I might just so I don't have to worry about them later.

I'm tardy I know.  I had to cancel the brake pads off the first order since they weren't in stock and I want the other parts.  So today I placed an order for a couple of things:

Bendix TitaniuMetallic II pads
Bendix brake shoes
Energy Suspension tranny mount
Pro Comp steering stabilizer kit

Will be getting new calipers/drums/rotors locally once the brake parts come in.

No not yet.  :(  Takes a little while to get across the border.  Placing LMC Truck order today or tomorrow though.

Ordering from the US takes forever, lol

I swear, customs must test things out to see if they like them... lol

Hopefully I get my first summit order this week so I can put the front end back together.  Hell it would be great if I got both, but the first one is more important.  Hopefully customs doesn't hold the first order and I get the second one first  =)  I can't believe that I just now placed my LMC order.  Clear corner and bumper lights and the edelbrock tie rod adjuster sleeves.

Wonder if it would be any easier if you just had someone in the states buy the stuff for you from Summit and shipped them to you.  I live about 10 minutes away from Summit Racing in Tallmadge Ohio. Just a thought

It might still get held up at customs... but if you write "gift" on it, there's no duty, lol

Now you tell me, hah.  About 99% of the time it's not the retailer, but the shipping company and or customs that takes the time.  It's just something that you have to deal with when ordering in from the states.  Although that would be helpfull when a company doesn't ship to Canada, which I have had to do before.
