i have a 94 s-10 blazer that will not start and i am trying to narrow it down... fuel pump relays are in the firewall directly in front of the steering wheel in the engine bay.... there are 2 relays that are identical to each other... one clicks when i turn on the key and the fuel pump goes on and off and the other does nothing... why are there 2 relays.... do they both need to be clicking...?? if i swap them, the fuel pump does not come on at all when i turn on the key... flip them back and the fuel pump comes on..but the car still will not start. do they both need to be clicking.... 10 bucks each is better than 120 for the fuel pump and parts.... and 5 hours to drop a tank and swap a fuel pump (that comes on even though i am only getting 20-50 PSI fuel pressure with ignition on.... car wont start... please help thanks
