Got my spiffy new BFG All-Terrain T/A KO's yesterday...

They definitely work a whole lot better than the factory rubber... About the same ride quality, if not smoother, no difference in road noise... Hopefully don't loose a lot of MPG...

They're even nitrogen filled! lol

Not as good on the snow and ice as I'd like, but definitely livable... I've yet to drive anything that compares to my old Mazda in the snow... Could be from the fact that it had 215s on it... Think I might get some winter tires in that size...

Overall, though, I'm happy with them! and for $170 Canadian, installed and balanced, I can't complain too badly...

That's a good price for sure.  I paid $930 for the 33's.

No rubbing at all yet... Haven't tried any beefy offroading yet... not much terrain for that at the moment... too much snow...

lol, I wish!
No more upgrades after the next set of lights get here, lol.

I would've held off the tires, if it wasn't for the fact that I would have gotten stuck in the driveway with them...

My Blazer likes to sink in the snow when it's warm out, lol

Is that really that good? I dont see the point in it.  They did that with my new tires too.  And charged me 2.50 a tire for it.

I think nitro filled tires stay at the same psi...so you don't have to check them...not sure.

OMG I have never seen so many lights on a blazer lmao. Honestly, your truck is sick, and looks awsome but those 50 some lights make it look bad.

Nitrogen molecules are bigger than oxygen ones... Tires hold their pressure a lot better, and they'll take a whole lot longer for them to lose the pressure...

But unlike Dank suggests, you still check them... just not as often...

I didn't mean I suggest you NOT check them, it just came out wrong, I suppose... And it was just my (un)educated guess

Basically, you treat it the same as a regular air filled tire, only, don't have to check as much...

Tires look great!

IMO, nitrogen in tires it is a waste of money.  Seeing as how our atmosphere is composed of roughly 78% nitrogen already...  There are some benefits, but the topic of nitrogen in tires is something for a separate thread.

Ran the wires from the lights on top, to the rear doors (2 lights per side) and down the door "frame" and grounded them at the bottom of the door. Then ran the + power wires to the distribution block I have in the interior of my truck.
