ok I am starting off a new thread.....worst dates ever!! I want your horror stories....or even your happy stories...got any best dates ever?
I came up with this as I just finished one of the worst dates I've ever had....I tried every aspect of trying to be nice in ending the date....but he wasn't getting it.....so I was like...yeah...um..I'm just gonna end this now.....oi! I think I might end up being single for the rest of my life....and after tonight that thought doesn't seem to bother me....so worst date would have to bethe guy who started telling me about how he really doesn't have any money..and wants to "hide out" at my house for a bit because the cops are looking after him for getting busted with weed.....the best would actualy be where we started out with coffee....and about an hour later ended up in a tattoo parlor getting ink.....the artist couldn't believe we had just met....it was wicked fun!
so lets hear it...let the stories start.....

My worst date ever was with a guy who kept telling me how primitive I was... the entire date all he did was try to point out how his life was so much better than mine. It was actually quite funny because on the way to take me home his car blew a tire and he didn't know how to change it (and I did), I actually wound up cursing him out while changing his tire and calling him a pansy because, what man can't change a tire and has his date do it,while the whole time he badgers me about how caveman-like I am? The really funny thing was, he e-mailed me a few days later and just wanted to come over and have meaningless sex, as if calling me primitive is such a turn on!

I had alot of really good dates, the best I think was the guy picked me up and we went to my friends house to watch fireworks on the 4th of July. We stopped and grabbed a burger and bought some fireworks at a stand on the way, cracking jokes the whole time. He was actually quite perfect for me, he was fun and had a great sense of humor, and wanted all the same things I did out of life....but the sad thing was, I just wasn't physically attracted to him. And I don't know why, he was a good looking guy. Just something about him rubbed me the wrong way. It happens like that sometimes, I guess.

I think mine was when I took a girl out and we went to Olive Garden. Little did I know she had been with most of the waiters there, they kept stopping by and she would ignore me and talk to them for 10-15 minutes at a time. After the fifth time I just got up and left. She didn't even notice, and I got a phone call 5 miles down the road from her asking where I was. Hilarious.

Well the not being able to change a tire thing wasn't a problem. I dated a few guys that were not so handy or thought "pinion" was french for fart, and I was cool with them. What I wasn't cool with was his rotten attitude on how I should be living my life. I had just met him and he was already trying to change me. It was my "primitiveness" that got him out of a bind there on the side of the road, and it wasn't like I came on the date wearing a loincloth and mud in my hair, either. I just didn't choose to dine at swanky restaurants or live in a tiny overpriced ritzy apartment like he did.

Yeah, those kinds of people are usually rude with people that don't go there, like myself. Pompous a**holes. As for the tire changing thing, I didn't know how, until my girlfriends popped, she called me and I had to get my dad to help. I swore at that moment nothing like that would ever happen again.
As for that girl, she tried apologizing. I just laughed and hung up. I wasn't even mad.

I just remembered another bad date....

My mom and I were in the bahamas staying in this awesome all-inclusive resort and my mom's boyfriend at the time (who lived in the bahamas) decided to hook me up with this guy he knew. (I know going on vacation with my mom sounds bad but if you knew my mom you'd understand, she's killer to party with) I think he felt bad cuz I was single and there all alone while him and my mom did their thing. So this guy comes and gets a wristband that enables him to have free food, drinks and entertainment because he is my guest, and what does he do? Runs off and start trying to hook up with other girls and completely ignores me, won't even talk to me, which I don't get cuz back then I think I was 18 and I swear my waist was as big around as a beer bottle...LOL (What having babies does to us, LOL!)

I don't get it, I wasn't expecting marriage but if you're there for free because I made you my guest why not sit down, have a drink and chat with me for a minute before you completely ditch me?

Hmm worst date... I'd have to say that my worst date ever was getting picked up in a Mustang that was completely worked, you couldnt hear yourself think in it, which didn't bother me that much but he was trying to show off by driving it like a complete jack***.  He almost got us in two different accidents and then we got to the restaurant, sat down and he spent 3/4 of the time talking about his precious car... heres really how to get a girl eh?

needless to say when he got up to use the men's room I quickly made a call to a friend to come get me and hurry.  When my friend pulled up I just looked at him and said that I hope he and his car have a wonderful life together and I hope they can find a good honeymoon spot.. and then left.

On a side note I threw 10 dollars on the table towards the meal so I made sure that in NO way did I look like the jerk here.

Texas....but the similarity is overwhelming! Was she about 5'6" or shorter, dirty blonde? If you remember her name what was it?

She had on heels and she was about my height with them so could be. Brown hair, name was something kinda common, Ashley or Stephanie. I don't remember too well.

hm... can't think of any date that i've been on that i  would  consider to be bad or horrible.  the best date i ever had was one where i took this girl to lonestar steak house for dinner. after words we went for a drive and walked through downtown lagrange for an hour or so.later we ended up at a park just to mess around on the playground to be stupid for a bit. and the evening was finished at my house just cuddling in my back yard next to the bon fire until her parents called her around 4 am telling her to come home. fun  time could have been alot better if her dad weren't so up tight but i guess that's what happens when you date a daughter of a cook county sheriff
