I am an owner of a '01 chevy s10 2dr 2wd blazer. I have 2 mods and a sound system. My mods are: a chip and a K&N cool air-intake system. My plans are to add an exhaust system one of these days. My sound system is a rockford fosgate with a 1500w 4 channel amp pushing two 12" HE2's subwoofers, with a 1 farad cap. I plan on upgrading my amp to a 2 channel and adding one more cap. As of right now my truck can do 100+ mph (that is the speed the speedometer shows) but the max speed is unknown, I want to increase the max speed but I need to upgrade my tranny. My chevy does 0-60 in about 14 seconds but that is me counting 1 mississippi, 2 mississippi... and so on. I haven't tried counting how fast it goes from 0-100 mph yet. I use the highest octane gas that the gas station has at the time. Mostly it is 90 oct or higher. I plan on stripping the inside and reducing the weight one of these days. But that would probably be when I get another vehicle. I also plan on installing a supercharger, too. The only thing that is stopping me, is the funds to do so. Well, it was nice to say hi and explain my lil' truck to you all. So I guess be going.
