Please try to choose the appropriate subsection for your tech question. The Mods/Admins are attempting to get this area organized and filed into the appropriate subesections.

This is going to take some time and we would appreciate it if everyone could help us out by selecting the appropriate area for any new posts.

Just for a break down of the available sections.... We have added new sections to accompany the General Tech Help section under the new group heading of Mechanical & Maintenance. These include the 'Engine & Transmission' section as well as the 'Steering, Suspension, & Drivetrain'. These two sections are for those things which really are cross-generational, that is to say that these systems are largely the same between the generations. For those things which really are different between the generations (HVAC, electrical subsystems, body, controls, etc) we now have the separate sections for those questions.

If you cannot determine which section a particular mechanical/maintenance question should be asked in, the safest bet is to post up in the appropriate generational section.

Please do not feel insulted if one of the staff moves your post into a different section. We are just trying to place things in the area where your question can get answered as quickly as possible.
