I think Hanr3 might be running exactly what you are wanting on a similar blazer. . . He did a 3" BL and cut the fenders I believe. You could PM him and ask, he is a very helpful person.

Yup I am running a 3" BL, re-arched springs for 1-1.5"s, and will crank the torsion bars another 1". I will also do the same fender trimming as Hanr3. Using BFG 33x10.5's on stock wheels.
