So I have a 96 Blazer LT 4door w/4x4. I bought some 15x8 rims with 31" M/T off my buddys brother that he had on his 94 blazer 4door 4x4. So I put them on and they look great. I knew they would rub so the next day I ordered a 2inch body lift from performance accesories. So after about two weeks later I got around to putting it on and thinking my rubbing issues would go away, but I'm still rubbing about the same as I was before the lift. I thought a 2inch BL would fix most if not all of the rubbing and I'm still rubbing almost the same as I did before the lift. It did help a little,  but parking is still a bitch and so is pulling in and out of my drive way. Also any off roading is out of the question. I plan on doing 2" shackles in the back and cranking up the t-bars, but I really didn't wanna do that because of the wear and tear it puts on the car. Anyways just wanted to let everyone know 31's with a 2inch BL and there still might be a lot of rubbing.

What's the backspacing on your rims?  That makes a big difference.

I ran 31x10.5's on my 2dr non-z blazer with no suspension or body lift with no rubbing at all.  My brother did the same on his 4dr non-z blazer with the same results.

Not sure what the bs is, but im pretty sure they are ment for a blazer. the backs fit perfect and the fronts stick out just a little, but thats how my stock rims were. Plus my buddys brother had them on his 94 blazer with a 2" suspension lift and he had no problems with rubbing

If you can, post a picture or two of them.  There are a lot of rims out there that will fit our trucks, but are not necessarily the best choice for fitting larger tires.

Yeah those rims only have 4" of backspacing, which... on an 8" wide rim, will make the tires stick out 3" more than stock.  That's your problem right there.  If you were to get some stock size rims you'd have a much easier time fitting those tires.  Sorry dude.

Stock is 15x7 with 6" of backspacing, FYI.

the backs fit nice, its just the fronts that stick out. So If I were to just order 2 new rims with 6" BS would they stop rubbing?

Most likely, but then you'll have to have your tires dismounted and remounted in order to rotate them...
