I bought a used motor, the blocked was bored .30 and looked to be rebuilt recently. The valve guides and seals were leaking so I'm guessing somebody rebuilt the bottom end and didnt redo the heads. I did have the heads redone though, that put the motor in excellent shape. While I had it apart I replaced the timing chain, freeze plugs, all the gaskets and seals, cleaned everything up, put in a new thermostat, and painted everything semi gloss black. I did forget to pick up a set of plugs and wires so I reused the old ones, which are really crappy. I'm going to give her a full tune up in the next day or so, that and change the fuel filter.
