thats the lift im hoping to get this summer. id just have to take the truck to get it done though. when you get it done tell me how it rides after and what the cv angles are. jimmyboy

alright i can do that. the cv angls shouldnt b to bad cause a buddy of mine cranked his tbars 2inch up front and they were really bad but worse then what i wanted.

thats why i havent cranked my tbars yet cause i still use it as a daily driver and i dont want to wear out the ball joints and cv fast jimmyboy

how do you get that? when i was talkin to the guy doin my lift not the one i bought it off of he said that the keys kept everythign within reason so it wouldnt wear everything out realy fast.

It's just the nature of the kit. It keeps the front differential in the stock location, while lowering the ride-level of the steering knuckle via a glorified 2" torsion bar crank. Your CV's bridge between the front differential and the steering knuckle, and with a 2" height difference between the two over probably only 12" of CV shaft, you're looking at an additional 10ยบ of working angle on the CV's.

yea but they aint as bad as if you would just crank the bars right? either way i dont care casue i already bought the kit so it dont matter.

Nope, it's the same exact thing as far as the CV's are concerned.
