Im thiknin about putting a glasspack on, and was wondering how easy it is to do. It looks to me like it should just bolt on, but Im a beginner w/ this stuff so i dont really know what Im talking about lol.  o and the pipe is 2.5 in and out right?

No, its 2.25 out, so for optimum performance you'll have to go with a wider pipe, 2.75 is as good as it gets without killing your backpressure. You'll have to weld the muffler in place, the stock muffler is a bolt on, but is longer than most aftermarket mufflers, you'll need to cut the muffler off (and the braket that it bolts too and weld the new one in place with the new pipe. I recomment taking it to a muffler shop, they have good wleders and will make sure its right.

I just had a thought... Ive seen where you can buy the bolt on pieces (flanges right?) so could i just get that welded onto the new muffler instead??
