hey everyone im thinking about dropping a 350 crate motor with 425 hp into my 94 jimmy. Im pretty sure my rebuilt tranny wont handle that power so i was wondering what kind of tranny i would need and where can i get one...thanx

Please try to be more descriptive in your thread titles. It may get you more answers, more quickly than these 1 word thread titles that you have been doing.

As for the transmission behind a v8... Well, the 4L60 (updated 700R4, but I don't think it's the 4L60E in a '94) is the same transmission used in the v8 pickups. There are variations in the clutch packs between applications however with the v8 version being built to handle the higher torque of a v8. A built 4L60 with updated components (raptor trans) would handle a small block just fine. Here's some information on what should be done to handle over 400HP. A quick google search would have removed the wait time...
