Admin -> Are You Receiving TOO MANY BF Emails? (11/18/2005 11:33:09 AM)

Click on My Profile up above.
You will see "CONTROL PANEL" and under it, click My Subscription.
Those are the threads and sections you are subscribed to... you may uncheck the ones you don't want to stop receiving so many emails.
