Alright guys....I'm looking at a 2000 4x4 Blazer that i can probly get a good deal on.  If i buy the truck i want to lower it....maybe 3 or 4 inches all around.  I was just wondering if anyone could help me out here....give me some info.... how much is this gonna cost me roughly??  What parts am i gonna need?  Any certain brands/kits that you would reccomend??  I'm only 17 and still in school so im kinda on a tight budget but i do wanna do it right.  any help/comments are much appreciated. Thanks!

I'd try to crank it down with the tbars, and then put some blocks or shackles in the rear. Thats about as cheap as you can get.
