I bought myself black headlights off ebay and now I am worried I may have bought the wrong ones.

What is that wire coming out of the back middle? I have a 2000 2dr 4x4 and that wasnt there when I took my old ones off.

It looks like these headlamps use a differenet style low beam bulb.  It should still plug in just like your current headlights do as the plug on the end of those wires looks like it is the same as the stock bulbs.

Ok thanks I would rather buy a bulb then going through the hassle of trying to return these.

The ones with the thing on the back are projectors, but the actual headlights above has no projectors

Either projector style, or non-projector style will work.  As I stated earlier, the projector styled headlamps have the factory bulb plug on the end of the wires for a plug-n-play installation.  If your's don't have the projector, then you should just simply have to swap the bulbs over and hook up the wiring.  If they do have the projectors, then you only have to swap over the high beam and park/signal light bulbs, then plug in the wiring and go.

the same thing happened to my brother in laws new jetta when he bought new lights for it. he put in an oven for a while so the sealant around the sides would melt and mold the plastic together better...    there might be more options and better ways to do it though

My projectors started fogging up a bit too... If you look on the back, there's little see-through white knobbies... pull 'em off, and you'll have vents for  the condensation to leave through...

I've got H1s in my projectors, and they're awesome!

Had to do some modding to the rad-core support, to get the passenger side light adjusted as far as I like it, but other than that, I'm loving them...Just did the quadbeam mod on 'em too, so that should light the road pretty good...
