RE: BEFORE and AFTER with SPACERS. - 9/27/2007 7:57:20 PM    prestigo   Posts: 10 Joined: 9/14/2007 Status: offline They were extremely easy to put on.  If you can change a tire, you can put on spacers.  You'll need someone with you to step on the brakes when you are putting on the front spacers (to prevent it from spinning when tightening)  I used 100 Torque for tightening. -Rob (in reply to prestigo) Post #: 6

I heard from someone here that with the stock spacing, a 2" in the rear and a 1.25" in the front will make the tires even which is the look I want. RE: BEFORE and AFTER with SPACERS. - 9/30/2007 7:35:06 AM    prestigo   Posts: 10 Joined: 9/14/2007 Status: offline Yup...the rear tires were 0.75 inches more inside then the front tires.  (in my case 2.25" rear = 1.5" front)  If you were to get 2.75" rear, then you would need 2" front...etc. As long as the front is 0.75" smaller then you rears. Worth, TX Status: offline what brand are those step bars and do the wheels stick out further than them? i got shiny new westin bars on the side of mine about a month ago and they stick out quite a bit more than the wheels and every time i look at them it makes me wanna get spacers so that the bars arent the farthest thing out _____________________________ Matt - 98 4DR 4WD click me!
