Bud Light, I live about 20 miles east of St. Louis the home of the king of beers Budweiser. I been drinking Bud Light for along time and I don't like anything else. Plus my buddy's dad is a beer delivery truck driver and I get alot of Bud Light for free.

I only drink during fooball games nowadays and most of the time its Budweiser.  Occasionaly i'll get a Boulder Beer of some sort.  Can't really pick a favorite though.  I don't hate any beer and am willing to give anything a try.  Out of curiosity anyone ever try Winter Bourbons Cask Ale?

I like Hieneken, Sam Adams, Corona, and Killian's. My favorites are Sam Adams and Killian's. A friend of mine drinks Guiness like it's going out of style. I can't stand that stuff. There is a brewery up here called Old Burnside Brewing and they make a Ten Penny Ale that is real good, but not cheap cause it's only available in gallons or kegs.

Best thread yet lol.

Rickards red is my fav......it has a sweeter taste than most beers...I just really like it.......sleeman, as mentiond, also makes a very good brew.

but I usually drink pilsner, brew house or great western pil, the last 2 are brewed right here in saskatoon......I like to support the little guy too.

LOL had to edit! forgot, im drinking a lucky lager right now, 8% baby!

Didn't drink until I was 21.  First night was shots with Dad.  I wanted to prove I could be responsible with drinking so I waited two weeks after I turned 21 to go home and have my first with Pops.  We drank shots of each until both bottles were empty.  Five shots of Brandy, six shots of Scotch Whiskey, and 2 hours later I had made my point.  (This is going somewhere, I promise.)  After my first I had to make up for lost time that I didn't drink in high school so I went on a beer sampling fiasco.  So here are my favorite beers (that I have sampled):

1.   MGD-smooth, first beer I could chug with ease
2.   Yuengling Black & Tan-DARK
3.   Strawberry Wheat (Lancaster Brewing Company, Lancaster, PA)-enjoyable local beer that takes a while to feel
4.   Lionshead (Lion Brewery, Wilkes Barre, PA)-cheap and decent $12 a case
5.   Yuengling Lager-a bar staple
6.   Corona-bunch of friends only drink 'ronas so they grew on me, lime and all
7.   Killian's Irish Red-smooth
8.   Dos Equis-switch it up some
9.   Blue Moon isn't bad-still getting used to the orange
10. Beck's/Heineken/St. Pauli Girl-gotta have some German in there somewhere

Quite the variety I know but I take pride in that.  Especially on poker nights when everyone goes for the Miller lite...leaves plenty of Black and Tan for me!

EDIT: Looking forward to trying Sam Adam's Oktoberfest...anyone else?

Def not a fan of Oktoberfest IMO. But Sam Adams does make one of my favs: Winter Lager, and I can't wait for it. But to pass the time til it comes: Yuengling- black and tan or Labatts Blue for me.

All right, Karin, another self-admitted beer snob! There are very few beers from North America worthy of passing my lips. Most of them, for lack of character, are over-hopped or use rice in place of grain since it is cheaper. Although, I do like the stuff from Sierra Nevada in California and Breckenridge in Colorado, my faves are just about anything from Belgium and some German and Austrian brews.
