Alright.. a few weeks ago my right rear caliper decided to take a poop on me.. ok no big deal cept one of the pads got loose and got wedged between the rotor and the caliper.. ate the rotor to almost nothing same with the pad... those metal shavings slung up all over my jimmy.. its white and they dont want to come off.. anyone got any ideas?? ill try to take some pics tomorrow if possible.. thanks for all help in advanced

Are we talking paint chips or scuffs on the paint?  If theyre just scuffs you may want to try a good claybar.  Or a meguiars step one paint cleaner.  HTH.

its metal shavings from the brakes.. just wont come off the paint almost like its imbeded into it but its not.. just stubborn i was thinking claybar too

Claybar and if that doesnt work you can try some scratch remover with an orange pad and  porter cable to buff them out.  If you want to go real aggressive on your paint you can try the scratch remover with a yellow foam pad and the porter cable.

i got a can of mguiers cleaner wax today.. havent had time to try it out tho so but im thinking im gonna have to claybar it.. my truck needs the clay bar anyways

my left rear did the same thing and it pretty much fuined my wheel. so i replaced the caliper and now it is trying to do the same thing. the sliders locked up on mine. is that what yours did?

Nope just the old age i guess.. the rubber around the caliper started tearing and just got worse and worse b4 i got a chance to fix it..
